Need a break from your work? Then our workout during your lunch break is just right for you. You can expect flexibility and stretching exercises that stimulate the circulation in your body and can prevent or relieve tension. Exercises to strengthen the most important muscles round off the course. And the best thing about the midday workout? Not only do you stay physically fit, but you also improve your ability to concentrate. Ideally, you should wear comfortable clothes and have a mat at hand.
