Functional Training
35 – 50 min
Train your strength, flexibility and endurance with functional full-body exercises. The focus here is on strengthening exercises with your own body weight for a strong core and against back pain. This creates the basis for a fit and healthy body. You will need sportswear and a mat.
Active Break
15 min
This 15-minute break creates a moving balance in between. The entire body is moved, mobilized and activated, which means that the most common symptoms at work can be counteracted in a short time. You can take part in your everyday clothes directly at your workplace.
Mobility Workout
25 min
Train your flexibility and strength with functional full body exercises. The focus here is on specific exercises for mobility as well as movement patterns important for everyday life. At the end you will strengthen your back and torso with a small power part. The course is optimal against tension and back pain and thus creates the basis for a pain-free work. You will need sportswear and a mat.
Yoga
60 min
Flowing exercises (asanas) on the mat that train your flexibility, flexibility and coordination, as well as breathing and relaxation exercises help you to switch off after work. Treat yourself to this beneficial unity for body and mind. Join in comfortable clothes and get a mat and blanket ready.
